  Freshest Maryland crabs in Annapolis; you can actually see the fisherman bringing crabs in on boats and bringing them up to the restaurant. There is an outdoor patio overlooking the river, with picnic table dining for that authentic Maryland crab experience. Take your time, enjoy the view, and some great seafood.

  Had visitors from San Francisco and one of the places they wanted to visit was Cantler's for crabs. The oysters were delicious, the soft shell crab was a delight. Each order was cooked to perfection. My guest had a very enjoyable experience and are looking forward to returning to Cantler's on their next visit. Thank you to all for a great lunch!

  OMG I love the blue crab at this place. I have been here I think a total of three times and it's always great. It can get pretty crowded so the earlier you get there before the rush the better because even parking is limited and you may need to wait in your car for a space to open up. My last visit I drove about an hour to get there and about half way there I was thinking this drive is not worth having some crab, however once I started eating the crab I knew that it was definitely worth the drive! For the freshest sweetest blue crabs straight from the bay, come here!

  Best crab house in Maryland. It’s on a pretty spot on the water. They get their crabs locally whenever possible so they are extra sweet. Long wait times and limited parking on the weekend and sometimes they run low on larger sizes. Great onion rings too.

  Very good place! They are always busy because the seafood is awesome! I love the steamed platters. They could improve on the seating method a bit and it seems cramped for space. Perhaps take reservations and put a awning outside to create extra area away from the sun. Great restaurant and waiters.
