  Hunter took care of us the moment we stepped in to the dealership. Honest and straight-forward and never wasted our time. I have told him my car buying situation and my preferences and then he took care of business. He made us feel comfortable that we made the right choice going to the right dealership.
  
  David took care of us in the financial field. Explained everything to us and answered all the questions that we have. He did everything for us to cover what we need within our planned allocated budget. Made us feel comfortable in terms of financial part of car buying.
  
  Magan demonstrated to me all the car’s features and made me familiarize on all the buttons on the panel board. She answered all my questions and she really made sure that I understood how to use all options in the car.
  
  My overall experience is excellent customer service. It made a huge difference in my decision making of what car to buy since I have been in many other car dealerships shopping for my next car but because of the customer care that they have given me, I discovered how great BMW cars are. Its my first BMW car and I and my family might stick to it.

  I made an appointment for an oil change and a low oil level sender to be replaced. I had indicated I was going to wait for the car (these are not timely projects). Found that I could make the appointment as early as 7:00am, first available was a couple weeks out. Perfect, plenty of time for the dealer to receive the sender. Once I showed up the representative informs me that the techs don’t get in till 8:00 or 8:30, something like that. Glad I didn’t have a busy day ahead. Outside of knowing (or lack there of) when the work was actually going to happen, guess all went as well as could be expected for a “quick” visit. My prior experience having more items checked out, estimated, and leaving the car seemed to be a better experience. For me, it was also more personable to sit down in front of a desk with a rep to go over work items, they gave you their card and that was your contact. Just don’t like the stand up podiums as much, but they work......

  So naturally we all usually dread bringing our car in for service anywhere. This however was not the case. Because of where I live, being located in between two BMW service centers i was unsure of which to go to. I clearly made the correct choice by coming to Annapolis BMW. Justin made this such an easy, painless process. My vehicle was scheduled for a Friday but I dropped it off on Wednesday evening. By Thursday morning I received a phone call from Service Advisor Justin explaining details of service. I appreciated the prompt service and the outstanding communication i received. Justin was incredibly helpful yet professional. When i came back to pick my vehicle up, the service advisor pulled my vehicle around the corner and I could see they went the extra mile by washing her! I WILL be returning and will pass along the wonderful customer service i received. Thank you Annapolis BMW, Justin and the technicians who serviced my vehicle!!

  Great experience dealing with Annapolis BMW. My sales guy was Ben. We did most if negotiations via text message. I ended buying one of the vehicles in the show room that my wife loved. Ben and the entire sales department where great. Ben took the time to explain all the features in the car and answered all of our questions in detail.

  I was recently shopping the auto market with hopes to upgrade my BMW. I did some research and a little bit of shopping with about 3-4 dealers hoping I could find the best overall deal which included the best price possible for my trade-in. However, of ALL the dealers I visited Annapolis stole my heart!
  
  So first lets talk about my client advisor, Mr. Thomas Hamel. This guy has such an amazing spirit!! Before I even came into the dealer we chatted over the phone and I indicated I had my own financing and I wasn't interested in any "strong arm" tactics to use BMW financing in order to get a good deal. Tom was sensitive to that. He never forced me to sign up for anything or make me feel uncomfortable for using my own bank. He was patient, knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. Even on the test ride it felt as if I was riding along with a long lost friend. The next day when it came down to making my final decision, Tom and Daniel (the sales manager who was also magnificent) went above and beyond to get me the best price possible. I am a long-time Passport BMW customer, but the attentiveness and kindness I was shown by the Annapolis staff during this process went above and beyond anything I've ever received at their competitor.
  
  Although the dealership was a hour drive from my home, they made the entire buying experience totally worth the drive! I would recommend this dealership to everyone!!
  
  PS: Megan Tucker the product specialist was also amazing. Her personality and attentiveness in showing me all the cool things about my new car (before I signed the dotted line) also played a huge role in my final decision to buy with Annapolis. She is also a wonderful asset to the Annapolis team!
