  Used Howard Plumbing again for a backup in my tenants basement basin sink. After some miscommunication from their on site plumber to the officer manager, I was quoted a price that I was quite unhappy with and which was not consistent with what I was used to with this company. After receiving feedback about the issue, Patrick, the owner, personally called me to clarify the misunderstanding, and to ensure me that I could, and should, expect the high standard that I was used to. He revisited the property to ensure the issue was fixed while personally keeping me informed of any issues. If you're looking for an honest company with great prices, Howard Plumbing is it.

  They did an outstanding job. Responded very very quickly and provided a very competitive price. Completed the work with a lot of challenges, but honored the original estimate. Even swept and vacuumed after their work. All employees were courteous and professional. Special thanks to Patrick, "the Mikes" and Joey.

  My 17 year old water heater leaked water everywhere this morning (a Saturday/Holiday weekend). I got a call back within 10 minutes, and they were able to get someone out to replace my water heater by the early afternoon. Patrick was super pleasant on the phone, and Joey did a fast clean install (even made sure his shoes had covers on them!) and took the time to show me the settings. Highly recommend.

  Great, friendly customer service. We called and Patrick was able to come by the same day. He quickly identified and solved our issue related to a concern over freezing pipes. We highly recommend these guys!

  My downstairs bathroom had some issues and I really needed to get it fixed. I called these guys up and made an appointment. They were quick to respond and they did an awesome job. Would definitely use their services again.
