    Jenn Politte is an amazing instructor who offers classic, true, transformative pilates with energy and warmth. I had private sessions with Jenn once or twice a week for two years and she not only transformed my body, she completely changed the way I thought about the way I moved and the way I thought about exercise. I left every session feeling powerful and light, inside and out. Jenn is challenging without being in any way intimidating, and she made every session so much fun, and so tailored to me, that progress snuck up on me until I quickly found myself able to do things I never thought I could do. I only stopped going to her because I moved out of Maryland, and I have yet to find another instructor that comes close. If you've never tried pilates, or you've been practicing for years--go to Pilates on the Bay!

    Pilates with Jenn Politte has changed my life. I no longer have to go to a chiropractor to get myself straightened out. Jenn is so positive and knowledgable and she makes pilates fun! I never get bored with the routines and can do it anywhere. I am stronger in all my other activities like biking, paddling boarding and swimming. I learn something new with every session.

    I had never taken a Pilates class in my life before I went to Jenn at Pilates on the Bay. After one session I left feeling so much more energized and relaxed. Then after my second session I was hooked. I never realized all of the health benefits involved with doing Pilates, it's so much different than any other exercise I have ever done.

    During my one on one sessions with Jenn she analyzed the way my body moved and asked if ever had pain in different areas of my body based on the way I moved, at first I thought she was psychic, then I realized she is just amazing at her job! My body is feeling better than it has in years and that is saying a lot because I have recently had a baby and I suffer from a degenerative disc in my back. Jenn has taught me the correct way to move in real life so I can minimize my chronic pain and I love her for it!

    I can't say enough good things about Jenn and how she has drastically improved my lifestyle and restored balance in my body!!
