Any issue that arised was addressed much faster than expected and with no impact to our busy lives. We could always count on Cross Homes and wish we were still with them. Best experience I could have asked for would not have changed a thing. Highly recommended, top notch!!! 6/5 stars

(August 22, 2018, 9:29 pm)We rented from Cross Homes for over two years and during that time, we were very satisfied with them. Not only were they great and fair landlords, but they went above and beyond. We could call anytime we had a question, and they were always available and helpful. Even minor things were taken care of right away when we called. One time a battery in one of the smoke detectors died and it was too high in the ceiling for us to reach, so we called to ask about borrowing an industrial ladder. Instead, Gary came over and changed the battery himself. That is exactly the type of interaction we always had with him. He was always friendly, kind, and helpful.
I definitely recommend Gary and Cross Homes for renting if you are living in the area.
