  I highly recommend Bayside for rehabilitation of an injury. The staff is competent, friendly and positive. I had a torn rotator cuff which was causing pain and stiffness and stopping me from doing many of my normal activities. I thought for sure I was going to have to have surgery to fix it. Kyle at Bayside tailored a strength and flexibility program to my very specific range of motion issues. After going through the program my shoulder feels 100% better. Thank you Kyle! Thank you also to Aaron for the dry needling which always helped, to Alex for keeping the operation running smoothly and to Jess for making the insurance process painless. I never thought I'd say this but I'm actually going to miss going to PT!

  Great place to get physical therapy following medical treatment or injury. Staff is fantastic. After knee replacement they had me back in full swing after 6 weeks. After using other physical therapy centers in the area, Bayside is by far the best.
