  I would recommend these guys for any job. Tried to replace the wax ring on my very old toilet. After an hour some colorful language I remembered that I was not a plumber. Called alpha, made an appointment, plumber showed up on time, took very little time to fix. Ended replacing toilet. He was polite, quite and efficient. Day later a different toilet wanted some attention as well. Called Alpha and a different guy showed up. He was just as kind as 1st. Both of them kept me updated and pricing was low on both trips. Great company.

  Excellent service. Chris Taylor showed up right on time. He made a preliminary phone call to me to say he was on the way. We discussed what the job would require and we discussed my options. He was efficient and courteous. I would use them again with out a doubt.

  These days, trying to find an honest. fair, and skilled plumber, auto mechanic, or handyman can be a real challenge for those of us who are on a tight budget. Based on the reviews I found on the Internet, my family chose Alpha Plumbing in Pasadena, Md., and we're very glad we did! We will definitely use them again in the future. From the person who answered their phone, to Brian their plumber, this company exceeded our expectations.

  Not only was I able to get a same-day appointment, but Mike called me and said he would be able to be at my house even sooner than the scheduled time! Both gentlemen were polite and professional and explained what they had done to fix the issue. I had another item that I asked them about and they went to the truck to call the office and came back within minutes to provide me with an estimate and an explanation of the work involved. I will DEFINITELY be using Alpha Plumbing for all my household plumbing needs in the future.

  I needed a Toilet and shutoff valve replaced. After getting some estimates, and reading the good reviews for Alpha Plumbing, I selected them for the job. I was not disappointed. Brian, the plumber, was at my door on time and completed the installation in less than an hour. A few hours later, I noticed a small leak near the new shutoff valve, and called to report that. Amazingly, within about 10 minutes Brian was back. He discovered that the new waterline connecting the toilet with the shutoff valve that he had installed was defective, and replaced it. I couldn't be happier with the service that Brian and Alpha Plumbing provided. I happily recommend them.
