Incredible overall experience. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing and the service is top of the line. Dr. Karlee Ertter went above and beyond to diagnose my hearing problems and recommend the proper treatments. She is very patient, thorough and listened with interest to what I had to say (all of which in my opinion is rare in a doctor visit these days). Will absolutely be going there for all of my hearing needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Dr was so excellent and she used note pad to talk with me. i am deaf, she is very wonderful and have good idea to use note pad. that is best convenience, that I dont need interpreter because it was not too complicated. She knows what to do. She is an extreme wonderful dr that I had

I was referred here for a hearing test. The office is clean and looks professional. Everyone I interacted with in the office was pleasant and polite.

I have been going to see these guys every six months for several years now. They are always so friendly and courteous,(Hi Charli!) and have taken the time to explain what the various machines to, what the different readings mean, the pros/cons of various levels of hearing aids (and why I don't necessarily need the most expensive or even anywhere close), and have even provided coffee when I needed it. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs audiology services.
