  I love coming to class! I always have alot of fun and it never gets boring, every class it's something new. I look forward to waking up at 5 am on the days that I can and leaving work to come to class.the staff is always friendly and remember you by your first name which means alot. I highly recommend!

  I was NOT one of those people who loves to work out. I didn’t get a high from exercise. I kicked and screamed all the way to the gym. UNTIL NOW. I found iLoveKickboxing in Severna Park and everything changed. Now I have something fun AND stress-relieving that is good for me. The people are wonderfully supportive and encouraging. Don’t show up for a while? You’ll get a friendly and encouraging nudge. I feel happier, stronger, more energized, healthier… and a little bit badass!

  Great atmosphere! Great instructors! I never thought working out would be this fun! Everyone really makes me feel at home, it’s like a big family!

  I have been a member at ILKB Severna Park for 2 months now and absolutely love it! Every trainer there makes you feel welcome and helps guide you to be the best you can be. Not only do they fill you with confidence, then ensure you are doing proper techniques for safety. I have never felt such support and energy! In my first 2 months I have seen incredible gains and feel amazing. I regret every class I miss and cannot wait to get back in there. I am truly proud to call Heather, her team, and every other member I have the privilege to workout with my fit family!

  Great staff and awesome workouts!!! If you find yourself in a rut with your gym workouts or are just looking for a different workout program check out ILKB Severna Park!!! The staff is friendly and encouraging. The workouts will make you sweat but it’s definitely worth the work!

  I just joined Ilovekickboxing and I've never enjoyed working out so much. The staff are all extremely friendly and motivating. Even if you (like I do) struggle with workouts they are there to help you modify for your ability. The atmosphere of the entire place makes you look forward to coming in again. I would highly recommend this as an alternative to heading to the gym. This is an intense workout that leaves you tired but also feeling great about yourself. Each class you see familiar faces and everyone builds each other up.
