  I discovered Tough Love through groupon and I am so glad I did! I fell in love with the atmosphere as soon as I walked in and I have been in SO many salons and never felt more welcome. Lisa and Kat were very accommodating to my changing work schedule during the busy holiday season and that spoke volumes to me! Kat gave me everything that I asked for and she and Lisa explained why certain things wouldn't work and what things would be best. I've been referring everyone I know since then and will never go to another place!

  Oh My Gosh!!! I found a Groupon for Tough Love Salon and I'm so glad I did. Kat was amazing. She has great attention to detail! My hair color is gorgeous!! Haircut is perfect!! Lisa the owner is wonderful !! I’m so happy I found a new salon to call home!!

  My husband, daughter and I have been coming to Lisa for almost 2 years. She is extremely talented and really listens to what we want. Lisa has a true passion for cosmetology and is great at forward thinking. She continues to improve her knowledge with the latest ideas and hair statements. Lisa loves us like family and we couldn’t see ourselves going anywhere else. The salon is AWESOME and very chic. Love the modern touches with a bit of glam.

  I've been going to Lisa for about a year and a half now and am so happy to have found her! She does a great job listening to the look I'm after and also steering me towards what will look best on me. Her new salon in Severna Park is gorgeous!

  Went to see Lisa for a “emergency color repair”. Beyond wonderful! Highly highly recommend. She is now my hairdresser. It is been hard finding someone that does a good job. Lisa will be honest and tell you styles that work with your face- styles that dont. So thrilled to have her in Severna Park!
