  Always polite, always friendly, always reasonable and most importantly, always helpful. Please don’t change a thing! It’s not common anymore for a business to have these things and it means so much to customers!

  I can't say enough positive things about the manager John. (All the staff I've recently dealt with since changes in mgmt aaresolid).
  
  I've lived in the area for a long time and have been to EVERY auto shop in town. There are some great mechanics out there but finding the rightrcombo of an experienced mechanic and great management haa been very difficult.
  
  I have dealt with inexperienced technicians, front desk attempting to oversell services and even bad customer service with warranty issues.
  
  The fact is most auto work is unexpected and can be very expensive. So when you can 100% trust the guy generating the invoice and can help you determine priority of services, it doesn't get much better.
  
  The changes made over the last 2 yrs has bumped them to a 5 Star Rating IMO.

  EDIT: The manager of this shop contacted me offering me a full refund and a free service with the correct pattern. He said that the shop does whichever pattern that the customer requests, which I was not aware of, and that this appeared to be an isolated issue. Appreciate the great customer service and admitting that there was a mistake, you don't see that often.

  Fast and friendly service but kind of disappointing. When talking to the service tech, I mentioned that my car required a specific tire rotation pattern (1 > 4 > 3 > 2 > 1) and the tech just said "Oh, we only do front to back." Better than nothing I guess, but I will be going to the Chevy dealership from now on to get the correct rotation pattern.

  This place has great service and a wonderful set of staff. They did such a great job with my tires and alignment. I would definitely recommend them to other people and I would definitely go back.
