“Although there are nothing but negative reviews on here, my experience was pleasant and everyone was very nice and caring. I came in with level 10 pain, my ear and entire face and neck was in pain due to severe ear infection. I had black spots of fungus growing inside my ear and the exterior was red and swollen. The doctor said this was the worst ear infection he had ever seen and quickly prescribed heavy medication to ease my pain as well as stronger antibiotics. One shot and a few pills later I was feeling so much better within seconds. I couldn’t have been more thankful as I had been suffering all day with pain and the Urgent Care facility I had visited earlier that day prescribed me with weak pain meds.”
