Delta agents were helpful.
Clean and well maintained facility.
Plenty of parking options that are not too pricey such as the long term parking lots.
Accessible by public transportation such as trains (including Acela and MARC trains and many of these trains go to Union Station in downtown Washington DC) and buses that connect to metro stations such as the green line metro station.
Lots of hotels nearby. -

(December 30, 2018, 9:18 pm)Great airport with a lot of shopping options and food places. The TSA staff was very courteous and were very patient with everyone. To give you and idea, I showed up to the food at 4:57 and made it to my gate after checking bags by 5:15. Was actually early to a flight I thought for sure I would miss.

(December 28, 2018, 12:36 pm)I have no problem with this airport. The amenities seem better than average, although it seems that all airports nowadays are trying to class up their act. The layout is confusing, but it is built in a pleasing, open way that counteracts the general feeling of claustrophobia you can get when that many people are crammed in one place. If you have to be in an airport, this one is better than some.

From the 5:30am arrival in long-term parking to the Southwest check in and finally the security line, everything was efficient and well done. Very happy with my BWI experience during my holiday travel.
