We appreciated that he arrived during the time period set for his service and that he did everything we asked with successful results. Also, this is the first time in my experience that a plumbing company has contacted me for follow-up feedback concerning a service that was rendered. This is most impressive and speaks well of Prime Plumbing. Ms. Shiloh is also an excellent representative for the company, very articulate and professional. We would be inclined to call Prime again for future work.

(December 28, 2018, 1:18 pm)I recently had my street to house water line repaired due to a leaking pipe. The staff at Prime Plumbing was professional and courteous. They arrived early and patiently explained the repair process to me. What I was most impressed with was the how quickly the work was performed, and the way they tried to limit the damage to the landscape (no broken cement, they smoothed out soil nicely, and replanted the grass). I got the impression that they take pride in their work.

They walked me through the process, and took great care with my property and landscaping. They finished when they estimated and everything is working great.

(December 7, 2018, 1:30 pm)I've used Prime for a few repairs,both through the Home Serve service and personal. Each and every time has proven to be a pleasant experience with the repairmen and Prime. The repairmen are very cordial, friendly, and knowledgeable about the repairs. Plus, they waste no time completing their tasks. We were more than satisfied.
