The park is clean and it is awesome to watch planes land, but the playground is really challenging for small children-- I'd say 4 and under might have a hard time with it.

A great location to view commercial aircraft close up... Planes normally make landing approach at this location... 75 percent of aircraft are Southwest Airlines, so one will mostly see Boeing 737s.. Only open during daylight hours.

Always a very nice place to chill and watch the planes come in. Also there's a small playground for little ones, parking lot and the BWI bike trail. It's always fun guessing the type of plane and what airline it is before it gets in front of us, before it lands. I recommend this park and ride.

This is a great shaded park right next to the airport. There's parking and it's right on the biking trail. Great views of planes taking off. Little kids, including my 14 month old, kept stopping and pointing up. While we were there, a snowball trailer was there. The play surface is recycled tires and is super soft. There are also some areas that are just covered benches if you don't want to be on the playground itself.

I absolutely love this park! I use it mostly for running but I do like to observe the planes landing sometimes. While running, the other runners, walkers, and cyclists are all so courteous and energetic. It makes my 10 mile run so much fun. There trail is paved and has a great mixture of hills to make your workout challenging. I rate it one of the best trails in all of Maryland!
