  Nelson's quote is competitive! When we decided to build a deck and a patio, we called several contractors with good reviews to get quotes. Nelson is the first one returning my call and the first one came to measure and give me an estimate. He also encouraged us to get more quotes before we made a decision.
  
  Nelson and his team are well-planned and organized. From getting the permit, building the deck and the patio, to getting the final inspection done, he comes often to check the jobs and make sure everything is going well and smoothly.
  
  When we have questions or problems, Nelson always responses quickly and addresses the issues. We were unsure what paver colors and asked to order several samples. Nelson quickly ordered the samples and sent to our home for us to see. They also help us to pick the right paver color for our patio job.

  We had a great experience with the MD Deck Builders company who did our deck and patio. Mr. Nelson was very professional and honest from the get go. He was onsite everyday when the project was going on. Felt like he built the deck and patio as his own. He paid attention to every detail. His crew was very professional and efficient as well. When they were on site, the whole team worked very focused and we did not see them waste time at all. Mr. Nelson made sure everything was done right to our liking. Even after completion, he followed up with us for minor corrections and revisions and did not leave the project until we were 100% satisfied! Our rating for this company is no less than a five star!

  Great work, on time, and craftsmanship beyond description. My wife and I wanted a screened in porch and deck on the back of our house. Md Deck builders exceeded our expectations at a price half as much as other contractors. If you are looking for a deck or porch, this is the contractor to use.

  Lee and his team were awesome. The fence was completed in less than a week and looks fantastic. The price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them.

  Maryland Decks LLC simply put is the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. Mr. Lee Vines was prompt, courteous, professional and PATIENT. The job started on time and finished earlier than expected. The crews were professional courteous and on time. They also thoroughly cleaned up after the project was complete. I can’t wait for our next project which will be a covered porch. They even made sure we had the proper infrastructure to support that future project. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Craftsmanship and quality of materials were top notch. I will refer all of my clients friends and family to Mr. Vines for all of their deck and patio needs. Thanks again Mr. Vines.
