  Amazingly more than just a furniture store. We went in looking for a recliner for our disabled daughter who is receiving chemotherapy. We needed a chair that would be comfortable for her to relax in after treatments. We couldn't wait 6 to 8 weeks for delivery so our options were not as broad. After speaking with us, Mr. Steven Eutsler and the manager, Marilyn, worked hard to accommodate us and set us up with a floor model that was electric. A perfect fit four our daughter!
  
  We will return when we need more furniture. They were simply awesome! Their concern wasn't the amount and ease of the sale but helping us to provide comfort for our daughter. True humanity at work! I cannot express our gratitude. We left with more than just a recliner but a renewed faith that friends can be found anywhere. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  We are so happy with the service we received from Charles Whitehead. He made our visit very pleasant and he was really helpful. He went out of his way to show us different options to make our decision easier. We also want to thank the people that delivered our Furniture. They were very professional and made sure everything was set up correctly. We want to Thank Everyone for a job well done. We love our furniture!!!

  Easily ordered my couches. Salespeople are very friendly and knowledgeable. Process was painless. Prices were great! The workers who delivered the couches were awesome, very professional. They were in/ out quick from unloading, through setup, and cleanup (from the plastic). Would definitely shop there again.

  Lucian came over and greeted us right away! While being extremely attentive and helpful, he did not make my fiance and I feel overwhelmed. He let us do our own thing and look around and came to check on us periodically. It was so nice to have the freedom to shop around but know he was there when we had any questions. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

  Exceptional customer service. When we walked in we were immediately greeted with a smile by Steven. He gave us a quick layout of the store and we were on our way. After we found what we were looking for he came back and addressed our concerns and answered our questions. Marilyn the Store Manager was also very pleasant and helpful. We didn't know this furniture store existed. I found it by googling it due to a comment I heard a customer in Ashley Furniture make regarding the set we were looking at. I am so glad we took the time to continue looking. We found the same set we were going to purchase at Ashley Furniture which is less than a mile away from this store. The price was much better.and we receive the same benefits we would have gotten at Ashley Furniture. Truly a great buying experience. If you are buying anything from Ashley Furniture check out Gavigan's first. Steve was great to work with.
