  Amazing service! I had an appointment at another tire company to repair my flat tire. I get there only to be told they did not have time for me. This was on a Sunday and almost every other place closed at 5 and it was a little after 4 already. I called multiple place only to be told they could not do it. This was the Sunday before new years eve so I feel it was not a problem with time but rather did not feel like doing so close to closing time. Firestone was my last hope and the lady who answered was super friendly and said she could do it but may be a small wait since they were dealing with someone who had an appointment. Now all these other places didn't even try to see if they could squeeze me in. It was just a plain .."Not happening today but can put you in for tomorrow" now some of these places it may have been legit but doubt all of them. Either way this place told me they would do it and even had other appointments. I will come back to have all other car repairs done at this location.

  Initially rated this shop w/2 stars b/c I waited an hour after my scheduled appointment time just for them to say they couldn't get my car on the alignment rack due to the lip on my front bumper. They were extremely courteous though. Changed my rating to 4 stars b/c after I took off my front lip, they were able to align my left rear wheel, which nobody has been able to do for years. I trust these guys to do a good job and am only taking off 1 star because of the initial hassle I had to deal with.

  Great service. Blew two tires and bent a control arm on a business trip. Staff made an extra effort to find parts and fix the car quickly to get me back on the road. Really appreciated.

  This morning I had a nail in my tire. First, I tried going to Mr Tire and they were not open at the time it says they should be. I was lucky to see Firestone across the street. Front desk associate was friendly and welcoming and let me know I would be serviced right away. I’m thankful for the sense of urgency as I have to get to work as soon as I can since I’m already late. Thank you Firestone I appreciate the great customer service.
