(November 12, 2018, 4:35 pm)The staff was wonderful, and the rooms were gorgeous. The only issue I had while staying there was a dirty pillowcase. There was mascara smeared on the pillowcase and I don't wear makeup, so I really hope it was stained but clean. The thought of sleeping on a dirty pillowcase with someone else's grime really makes me sick!!

(May 18, 2018, 11:39 pm)No serious issues with this hotel. Spent 2 weeks there. Friendly, helpful staff. Full size fridge and microwave! Appreciated the help of the shuttle bus driver on my short notice trip to BWI. They did lose track of the laundry I sent out out but eventually found everything. Only issue I had was its proximity to the main road and airport. You will hear - and probably feel - heavy trucks passing by the hotel. Also will hear aircraft in the traffic pattern at BWI. I was staying on the main road and BWI side of the hotel so I am sure that had a lot to do with it. Overall, this would be my first choice hotel if I had to stay in the area again.
