  Overall our experience was great, however the counter attendant was very pushy trying to upsell us from our "small" economy car into a larger vehicle. I explained several times that we were fine with what we had rented. In the end we were upgraded for free due to lack of availability in the economy class which makes me think he was just trying to get us to pay more than we needed to.
  
  Additionally he made ominous statements about our collision damage waiver not covering third party claims. Not being born yesterday I informed him that our regular auto insurance would take care of that part.
  
  This was an unnecessary interaction and it reflects poorly on the company.

  I always use Alamo when I go to Baltimore. I can usually go to the kiosk and get my paperwork very quickly. A short walk to the garage, and an attendant tells me which cars I can pick from. Then I get in and drive away. Returning the car is even easier. Alamo's prices are usually among the best as well. I've never been unhappy with them.

  Once you get off the shuttle to the car rental building at BWI, Alamo gives you options to speak with a rep or use a self service kiosk. I used the kiosk since there was a line. I was able to pull up my reservation, print my documents, and walk out to the available cars. The attendant was helpful and let me choose from a variety of vehicles in the class I rented. I was on the road without any hassles. Returning the vehicle was just as easy. Alamo had the best rates the day I booked my reservation. I'll most likely rent from them again.

  Rented a Jeep SUV with Alamo. Best decision! Great service and very amicable staff. The SUV was clean and well priced compared to other rental places. Efficient check in and check out. Highly recommend!

  On a recent weekend car rental in Baltimore at BWI, I experienced one of the best and easiest rentals ever. After checking in online and selecting skip the counter, I easily found Alamo in the garage. There was an employee waiting in the area and she directed me to choose my car. She handed me the keys and I was on my way.
  
  On return it was pretty much the same thing. I easily found the Alamo parking area, unloaded the car, gave my keys to the attendant and I was on my way to the shuttle and back to the airport. This was my first time using Alamo and it definitely won't be my last. Great job Alamo!!!
