    6th workout. Totally addicted. The instructors are so non-pressure, positive tactics. I know I'll finish the 6 week challenge and will likely sign on for more. Never believed in crossfit before this

    I highly recommend grounded CrossFit to anyone looking for a challenging, but welcoming community. I recently completed the 6 week challenge and the coaches and other members were amazing. Everyone is encouraging and really makes the workouts a joy to be at. The atmosphere will make you want to challenge yourself and push to be your best. I was able to lose 11 pounds and 6.4% body fat during the 6 week program and it kickstarted my drive to continue living a healthy life style. Their beginner classes are informative and there is an option for all levels of athletes for each workout. 5/5 recommend grounded!

    I've been coming here since valentines day of 2018. It has been an amazing experience! I dont feel like I'm the only suffering when working out in the group classes. Everyone is very friendly and the coaches push you to be better!

    Friendly CrossFit. Kind of expensive, but consistent in teaching proper workout techniques. Plenty of equipment, with one hour classes, daily from 530 am to 730 pm. It's the most fun I've ever had while being completely drenched in good 'ol workout sweat!

    Grounded is a great crossfit gym! I had never done crossfit before and signed up for their 6-week challenge. All the instructors are very helpful and worked with me to ensure my form was good. I was concerned about hurting myself and with their help I was able to advance during the challenge. They have a nutritionist and provided a suggested Paleo diet, which I followed. DJ and Patrick are awesome and always enthusiastic. I was able to achieve my initial goal thanks to Grounded Crossfit. I lost 19 lbs and over 8% body fat.
