Professional and courteous. Little to no wait for pick-up or drop off. Both drivers were good; however, our return shuttle driver was superior! We have been using Econopark for many years and we keep returning and referring family, co-workers and friends. The supervisor Hope has been there for a good while, so that makes a huge difference. Keep up the great service Econopark!
I'll never airport park again. This Econopark experience was the best. The shuttle to the airport was great but our return service was AMAZING. Our driver was CHADWICK and he was such a delight. (Seriously give this guy a raise). He was the epitome of customer service. Cheerful, helpful and kind. He was happy to warm up the bus, had soothing music playing, was happy to wait until each car started before pulling off. We've never used an offsite parking option before but this changed our minds. Really great service at a great price. No expense was spared in the service department with this budget friendly option. We'll see you all on our next adventure for sure.
The location was easy to find. They pick you up at your vehicle with a shuttle and carried our luggage from the car. The driver gave us free water bottles and was so pleasant. When we came back it was easy to find the shuttle at BWI and our car had no scratches or dents. I will be using this service very frequently and recommending them to everyone I know. It was a great experience and I will have peace of mind in the future when I commute to BWI as I am coming from DC. This was a much better experience than I had anticipated.
My wife and I have been using Econopark since they opened for business. Even after all these years, their drivers are still very friendly and engaging, their vehicles are clean and it remains one of the best values for airport shuttle-parking service. We will continue to patronize this company. They have a great business model that has made them successful and they've stuck with it. If ain't broke, don't fix it. Thanks guys and gals.
The drivers were very professional and extremely nice. The parking lot is a safe and secure parking lot. They make sure your car starts before driving off after they drop you off. I will definitely continue to use this service again when I travel. I have absolutely no complaints.
