  Beautiful hotel, great customer service. More geared towards business traveler versus family with children. There was complimentary coffee our first few days, hot apple cider, and infused water throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff was phenomenal.

  We were there for a Christmas party. So we were in the large meeting rooms. The food was fine. But a special 5 stars to the servers who were especially attentive and kept food and drinks filled up, plates cleared, etc. Their customer service was excellent!

  Tranquility! When visiting the Baltimore area this is a great place to stay. The staff is amazing and will exceed your customer service expectations. Great food in the bar area. Even when I arrived late at night the servers were willing to accommodate my menu order. They went over and beyond. The rooms are so comfortable.

  I came with a group of colleagues and clients to this venue for a luncheon and awards event related to work. The venue was absolutely gorgeous! The room where the event took place was expansive, yet adorned in such a way as to make it feel cozy and inviting. Seating at tables was not too tight and the dishes were delectable and filling. Serving staff were attentive and friendly. Bathrooms were accessible, clean, and well stocked. Wonderful experience!
