I've used Pool Perfect since moving to the Bay 12 years ago. They are friendly, helpful, real. My pool chemistry is perfect 99% of the time and when something weird does happen (mustard color algae!), they know how to fix it. They've taught me a lot about owning a pool. Most of all, I appreciated them the Sunday morning I woke up to find my pool water down 3 ft, flooding the pump house, and draining into the Bay. They were there within the hour to fix the broken circ pipe.
Folks there were friendly and very helpful. Don't expect a flashy corporate image, this is a family hometown kind of place. But they know their pools!
