For no charge, Peter sent me links to the parts that I needed from another vendor (he did not stock them) and then he assisted me with the repair, also free of charge. Very knowledgeable and customer-focused. Highly recommend!

He sent me parts at no charge to try and pinpoint the issue until we figured the problem out, which we eventually did. Recommend 100% buying from this company! Not only do they have the best prices, they have the best customer service too!
