    Alex is an excellent PT, with an encyclopedic knowledge of anatomy, trigger points, and different modalities to increase mobility and reduce pain. She will speed your recovery, and get you moving better fast.

    Alex Urban is a professional and was able to move my cuneiform bone back in place in my foot! After some dry-needling, the structure of my foot has improved significantly. She is easy to talk to and super nice! Before I was not able to put my foot flat on the floor which was causing me pain at various times during exercise activities. I can go out and do tricks on my skateboard without any pain now! Highly recommend!

    Alex is an amazing physical therapist. I was having issues with my hip and neck. She was amazing at finding where the problem was and addressing that area to make the pain go away. I would highly recommend her.

    Alex is a miracle worker! I am 8 months pregnant and she has relieved my sciatic back pain throughout my pregnancy. I can't thank her enough for the relief.

    I have used Alex Urban, Back in Action Ergonomics and Wellness services 2 times in recent months. I have felt relief for up to 3 to 4 days at a time after leaving.
