A wonderful experience at the Annapolis, MD Great Gatherings. Our salesperson Rodney was exceptional! Knowledgeable, so helpful, patient with our time we spent with him making our selection. We purchased a beautiful wine cabinet that we are very pleased with! We will definitely be doing more business with Rodney. He is a true asset to Great Gatherings. Thank you Rodney for making our shopping experience wonderful and non stressful!

50% off sale was the bomb! Got a great deal on a new set of patio furniture. I loved the selection so much, the next time I build a deck, I'm going to build it around the furniture I picked. I wish my deck was bigger so I could have gotten the larger teak table and chairs. Great customer service, wish I had a bigger basement!

This store has the very best staff. They know everything about what they are selling. They are extremely helpful and even though the furniture is of the highest quality the prices are fair and the aervice is exceptional. On top of all that they have huge sales on seasonal items In Season!

I had a great experience at Great Gatherings of Annapolis. I was greeted by Rodney Dennis after entering the store. He appeared to be a manager and very pleasurable. He was very professional, polite, and not overbearing as a salesman. I stopped by to look at outdoor furniture for sale items and lounge chairs for our patio. After talking to Rodney, he suggested the perfect chair and fire pit set that was a floor model clearance. The colors of the chair with the fabric and the functionality of the fire pit were perfect. My wife was not with me and she did not answer my phone calls so I was a little nervous to make a purchase like this without her. I am also not the shopper but Rodney was great with explaining the product and providing a display with a fire pit on the floor in the showroom. Rodney was very knowledgeable on the specific product which gave me the confidence to make the purchase without my wife. When I finally reached my wife, she loved the set and we can't wait to go back to the store to pick the set up. I am hoping the weather will allow me to be able to use the patio furniture in the near future. Nice set to sit out and smoke a cigar and partake in an adult beverage. My wife and I had the BEST experience at Great Gatherings of Annapolis. We were first greeted by Rodney Dennis within seconds of entering the store. He was very professional, polite, and he was NOT the normal pushy salesperson. We had our infant daughter with us and he showed a lot of patience as we moved from piece to piece all while trying to keep our daughter under control. We advised Rodney of what we wanted and our budget, and he did everything to keep us within that. He was very knowledgeable on the different products as well.
When it was time to make a purchase we encountered a small issue. We needed delivery within 2 weeks for our housewarming. This is when Newton Davis stepped in. Newton thanked us for our interest and advised us that if we’re able to decide on a purchase that night, he would do everything in his power to secure the delivery. Not only did Newton secure the delivery, but he gave us an excellent deal as well. I won’t go into detail, but I can say that I will purchase from this store again and again based solely on the customer service I received from these 2 gentlemen.
