  Wonderful and charming B & B in the heart of Annapolis. Walk to nearby restaurants, pubs, waterfront and various downtown attractions as well as The Naval Academy. Hearty and delicious breakfast. Marty & Carmel were lovely, helpful hosts!!

  We spent 4 nights here the week before Thanksgiving 2018. All I can say is that everything here was perfect. Great hosts in all regards. Great yummy breakfasts. Great location, being directly across from the main gate of the Naval Academy, and also within easy walking distance to several great restaurants and the town pier and shopping area. We would gladly stay here again any time.

  Very comfortable bed and breakfast! My wife and I felt like friends of the family more than guests. Marty and Carmel were very accommodating and pleasant. The inn is 2 blocks away from Main Street Annapolis, within walking distance of just about anywhere you'd want to go. Parking is tight but manageable. Breakfast was lemon ricotta pancakes and delicious! If we stay in Annapolis again we're likely to stay here again.

  Thank you for a wonderful weekend. The Inn is perfectly situated in historic Annapolis. Marty and Carmel's teamwork in the kitchen and outstandingly delicious recipes make the Inn exceptional.

  My wife and I loved this place. Our son was visiting the Naval Academy and the Flag House is almost directly across from the walk in visitor gate of the Academy. Annapolis is definitely a walking town. The location of the Flag House is only a few blocks from all of the activity- shopping, many excellent restaurants, and the harbor.
  There is no need to go looking for a gourmet restaurant for breakfast. Carmel and Marty always surprised with the morning spread. I meant to take pictures, because the breakfast always looked very attractive, but unfortunately, I inevitably thought about my stomach before thinking about the pictures. We definitely plan to visit here again and highly recommend the Flag House to anyone who likes a quiet, easygoing stay.
