We Restore Decks repaired, restored and built new stairs to our old deck. Staff and crews did an excellent job, and coordinated closely with our masonry contractor. The end result is fantastic! I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! From my initial request to project completion, their entire team was responsive, friendly, and easy to coordinate with. Nate M. did a fantastic job repairing and staining my wooden deck--he provided progress updates and photos throughout the entire project while I was traveling.

After completion they followed-up to ensure everything was to my satisfaction (which it absolutely was; my neighbors gave me several compliments about how nice the deck looks!) and they even went the extra mile to drop off a small can of stain for any future touch-ups. It was readily apparent from my multiple interactions with their team that they truly care about their customers and the quality of work they provide!

I highly recommend We Restore Decks. Morgan was great in thinking outside the box and putting together a great plan for restoring my deck as oppose to tearing it down and starting over like every other deck expert was suggesting. Megan was great with all the scheduling and making sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable with this project. I cannot say enough about Caleb, he did an amazing job in taking my tired looking & dangerous deck and transforming it into a beautiful and secure one. I can't say enough about the care and quality I received from the fantastic team at We Restore Decks. From Megan at the office to John and Ronnie who worked for 2 days restoring my 30 year old deck to the best it has ever looked. They replaced old cap rails, tightened up several structural areas of the deck, and did some other maintenance before the prep work began. I had previously painted the flooring and over the years it started peeling. John and Ronnie worked so hard, first with acid washing, then power sanding, before applying the finish. I'll let the photos speak for themselves.

We are going to gladly recommend We Restore Decks to any friends or family looking to patch up a deck. We’ve been grilling and having people out a lot more during the summer, and our splinter-producing deck was looking very rough and worn. We set an initial budget, and looked around for companies that specialize in deck restoration. We Restore Decks were quick to respond and had someone out for an initial assessment pretty soon after. The number one thing I was looking for is someone who would be very open and honest when answering any questions, knowledgeable without being salesy, and honest with recommendations (even if it meant less money for them), which is exactly what we got! They even sent us two itemized quotes to mix and match if we wanted. In the end, the quote matched the final amount pretty much exactly. It did take a few weeks for them to be available for actual work since it's summer and a lot people had the same idea for their decks that we did, but they kept us in the loop constantly, which was reassuring. John was awesome and also very knowledgeable, and would gladly answer all of our questions, and provided good suggestions (like going solid stain over semi-transparent for our deck). It took only two days to completely replace our railings, firmed up loose boards, power wash, sand, full stain, and generally fix what was clearly a mediocre deck into something impressive. Honestly, while the price was on the upper end of our initial budget, I gladly accepted that for the confidence the work would be done well, and that there would be no unhappy surprises. It’s crazy how different our new deck looks to what it did before, and with basically no worries from us. Awesome team, awesome experience!
