We switched to Old Bay Pest Control in the last year because other services were extremely uptight and pushy about "keeping to the schedule," and made it near-impossible to cancel or move our appointments, even going so far as to show up unannounced.

Old Bay Pest Control never does that. Ryan is extremely courteous, professional, and understanding, and ALWAYS tries to accommodate. Plus, all the ants are gone! Would recommend.
