My experience with Butch and Generations Auto and Truck was EXCEPTIONAL! I was kept up-to-date daily. I was so comfortable and assured I was in the best hands, and I was. FOREVER A CUSTOMER!
Outstanding Service!!!!!! Generations has been the primary mechanics for both of my vehicles. I had so many problems with my 2011 GMC Yukon. I'd taken it to several mechanics who couldn't fix the problems. I was ready to get rid of it and get a new vehicle. Luckily, I found generations. They fixed all the issues with the Yukon. Now my truck has new life and running better than ever. It's nice to find a mechanic that does great quality work and is very affordable.
I used their towing service on a late monday afternoon on the side of the highway and my insurance gave him the wrong address. He found me on his own based off my frantically written description of the area I was at (re-read today my bad Jim). Trucks and everything speeding past he got my car hooked up and on the bed in like 5 minutes.
He coulda made me take the uber but said hey man not much space in the truck and I can't in good conscious leave you here to uber to your own car. Good guy and his boss Butch great customer service and answered quick... If you're around the area and they are one of your options FOR SURE GO WITH THEM!
We have a family car (Nissan Altima) with a bad transmission. Butch was able to diagnose the problem, even explain some of these issues with those Nissan transmissions - so really good market knowledge - and got us a replacement, installed, with a great warranty along with getting it programmed. Whole process took about a week and the car is running like new. He went over the vehicle to assess any other trouble spots (fortunately there weren't any), but great due diligence. I'll definitely be taking my vehicles over the Generation Auto and Truck Repair for servicing.
Not sure how a business with a family-feel can deliver such profession service, but finally, a mechanic shop that got it right. They are kind, communicative, and honest about what needed to be fixed on my car. Trust them!!!
