I am so glad that I found this place. The receptionist is wonderful and very patient. I’ve never met any one like Mona Liser. She has spent almost 30 minutes trying to help my son connect with his doctor for a virtual Appointment. Very patient and sets a warm environment. In the beginning, He was going through a crisis, and kinda took it out on her. She held it together. I appreciate the whole staff. Thank you Behavioral Healthcare of Maryland.
I have been coming here since the fall of 2015 and I don't have any complaints. Much better than the other place I was using. Mostly, I have had trouble getting along with my therapists, but working with Ms Parker has been great! If I don't understand something, she will find ways to communicate to my understanding with different examples. I have recommended this place to others and will continue to do so.
The staff is very amazing and professional i had even asked for help on a subject related to a job and housing and the young lady upfront was very helpful i would recomend this place to family and friends thank you guys so much.
I have been seeing Miss Parker for my therapy for the last 6 months. She has done a wonderful job helping me after my marital issues. I would recommend 10/10
