Great shop and Great people. Very honest with their work, and will give you what your vehicle problem is straight up. They won't surprise you with any extra charges or surprises. I worked with Mike and Ken, and they were very helpful in solving the issues I had with my Car.
Fairly cheap and great customer service. Got a call roughly a month after my repair as a double check to see if my issue was still solved. Sketchy as that might sound the part looked good and after digging around I found it online and it was rated well. Got a letter in the mail with a keychain thing too so that was neat. Overall timely and we'll priced, and I'll likely go here again for anything. They were willing to work on a 2004.5 ram 2500 diesel, which took some surfing around to find someone willing.

It's been a year since I first going this place and I've come here several times since for other services. They are truly outstanding!!
I worked with both Ken's and they were both kind and understanding. They tried their hardest to get me the best price and worked with my warranty company to save me money. They are knowledgeable and thorough.

The staff are personable and professional. They were able to get my brakes fixed quickly and for a really reasonable price. I came here based on a recommendation from a friend. I will be regularly servicing my car at their shop.
Excellent customer service! Family owned and operated! I called to make two appointments for my husband and I to get our MD state inspections. We are new to the area and unfamiliar with reputable places to go. Seriously, the review stars on this place has proven to be true! It was absolutely pleasant and helpful, just making the appointments. I already had a good feeling about this place. The next day, I arrived for our appointments. They offered me a ride home in their shuttle car in order to pick up my husbands car. How nice is that?!!! They are very thorough, and they sanitized everything! My keys were in a baggie along with another unopened sanitize wipe. They even sanitized my credit card after pickup and payment along with providing a nicely packaged free cotton mask! Ken Sr. (shop owner), he runs the front desk, his wife is the lovely, helpful lady on the phone, and his Son, Ken Jr., runs the mech shop. It was a seamless process, and Ken Sr., was very easy going and wonderful to talk to in general. Thank you Ken!
