I've been a customer for about 2 years now and am very pleased so far- the cost is definitely worth the level of service! Recently there was a minor scrape-up with my trailer at the facility and the team there took care of everything with no issues whatsoever-- they did exactly what they said they would do to take care of the problem.
We've been storing our Prevost Motor Coach here and are very satisfied. The facility is clean, the staff is courteous and professional, and we stay plugged into a 50amp service which is very important to us! The coach stays clean, the facility appears to be very secure, and the concierge style service is wonderful! They have been very helpful in terms of referring us to various vendors for service, windshield repair, etc. Like I said, great service! Indoor storage is based upon the size of your rig, we pay annually to hold our spot when we pull out for several months at a time. Actually, they allow us to keep our smaller RV in it's place which is very convenient for us. This is a very popular facility for RVs, boats, sports cars and other toys! We highly recommend them!
I can't say enough good things about BWI Indoor Boat & RV Storage. We keep our RV there. This is my second year using them, and I'm pleased as punch.
One of the weakest links in travel trailers is the roof. Exposure to sun and rain over time can deteriorate the flexible roof, leading to water intrusion and eventual catastrophic interior rot. Being able to store our RV indoors when not in use means our RV should last our lifetimes.
BWI Indoor Storage is first rate in that department. It's climate controlled, with backup generators in the winter to ensure that even if the power goes out, water in the pipes won't freeze and cause damage. No need to winterize, if you don't want to.
They also provide concierge service. They'll wash the front of your RV to get smashed road bugs off of it if you ask. When it's ready to pull out for the next trip, call them up in advance, and they'll have it pulled out, battery charged, refrigerator and freezer cooled down, and ready to go. I haven't used their propane refill services yet, but I notice they have a propane tank on-site, which I assume for a nominal charge they can refill your tanks for you - one stop shopping.
Our travel trailer is only 19' long - hardly the largest or most expensive on the lot. They store a lot of very nice Class A motor homes and other expensive cars and boats. Yet they always make me feel like I'm their most important customer.
Security? Yup - alarms and cameras, and aperiodic after-hours drive-bys by staff. This place is very safe.
I've seen more expensive lots, and cheaper lots. The cheaper lots do NOT offer all of the same services as BWI. I feel the price is more than reasonable for what they offer.
The staff is friendly and accommodating.
Obviously I highly recommend this place. Max stars from me!
We keep our teardrop camper here, better known to the staff as *the coffin*! We've had great service and we like that our camper is undercover. While it would be a lot more convenient to have our own storage garage, we've had no issue getting them to pull our camper out for use. While there may be more inexpensive storage, this works for us.
This place is great. We have stored our camper there for a few years. Dustin is so accommodating. When we schedule to pick up the camper it is ready to go when we get there. Also we needed to take a measurement for a repair and they allowed us to go in the storage area to do so and another time we accidently left something in the camper that we needed and there was no problem allowing us to access. No complaints at all.
