Most reviews you see that are negative are from when old maintenance manager was here. I have notice a significant change in response time and friendliness. New maintenance manager listens and will solve your issues promptly. It use to be when maintenance came he would just say he is ordering something and then would never come back or update. The new team here is phenomenal and super friendly. Now with new management and head maintence I will be staying here for a long time.

I personally love Gatewater Landing Apartments. The area is peaceful and great to raise kids and pets. Ms. Julie and Nakia both worked diligently and so hard on our behalf to make sure the move was great. They will personally come to your unit if need be to assure your needs are met. Most of these reviews are from before new management took over in November of 2020. I recently went through the apartment application and approval process and I have to say I had a wonderful experience. Nikia was kind, considerate, and patient as I asked her tons of questions and raised my concerns based off of the reviews listed here (bug infestations, slow maintenance, etc). Gatewater landing is working it's way to becoming one of, if not the best, communities in Glen Burnie. Their apartments are beautiful and the staff is wonderful. If you have questions or concerns please call and speak to the staff there. I would also suggest calling for pricing, the apartments are affordable as well.
