Pappas Restaurant is "HANDS DOWN" the BEST PLACE to go if you want to enjoy a great bowl of CREAM OF CRAB SOUP!! OMG!! It hits the spot!! They have nailed the creaminess, consistency and flavor!! I kept eating and eating it, then took some to go! If you live in Baltimore, congratulations! You can get it anytime. But if you're visiting Baltimore, do yourself a favor and try their Cream of Crab Soup. The Maryland Crab soup (tomato based) is not as flavorful. I promise, you won't be disappointed.

We are staining our deck and had a lot of questions around using a wood stripper and a neutralizer. Also, around what stain to use with our deck being in the condition it is. The two gentleman working were so helpful. I wish I would have gotten names. They seemed very knowledgeable and they were very patient with all of our questions. Projects like these can be very stressful, however, when you have excellent customer service and employees that “care” to help, it makes it so much easier. Thank you both for your help! It was very appreciative!! 😀

Drove there from DC. The food was worth every mile. The crab cakes was pure lump crab meat and bigger than most. I had the seafood platter and it was so good that I'm having withdrawal symptoms! Even the fries were perfectly seasoned. The only complaint is that the cole slaw was good but in a condiment container. I can't believe they charged it as a vegetable side. I guess you can't have everything. I'm going back real soon.

They were super helpful. I brought in 2 cans of paint from 2008 that I couldn't get open. I thought for sure the paint was bad inside. They got both cans opened and checked the paint. It was still good.

So this is the second time or maybe third time we have been here we like it everything is good but 2 out of the 3 times we have been there my husband has ordered a prime rib .... both times he received a rib eye. It was two different servers. I am not one to complain and honestly I’m content with a rib eye so whatever but I keep wondering if they even have a prime rib and if they do I hope it’s soooo good that it’s a top secret menu item. Either way my service was good just been craving a prime rib is all. But food and service has been good.

First time in a paint store to get samples. Associate was friendly and explained process and answered my questions, also let me know of sales that were coming up soon. Glad there's one in CG!

Always great, especially the crab cakes, which get an A+ from me. But the iced tea is dreadful.
