Bay Area Tire has been extremely kind and helpful in our experience with them. They made several attempts to fix a problem on our car, and when it still didn’t solve the issue, they fully refunded our money. I appreciate their honesty and excellent service! Definitely recommend.

My usual Saturday car service spot decided to stop opening on the weekends, so I gave Bay Tire a shot.

Waiting room: Nice. Dunkin k-cups, water bottles, new furniture, modern decor, TV

Staff: first impression is honest and fair.

Service: I got an alignment, tire rotation, oil change, air filter(s) - no complaints.

Location: next door to everything. Lots of places to kill some time while you wait.

They were wonderful! I was out of town and unfortunately had a flat. They were able to order the tires I needed specific for my vehicle with same day delivery! And it only took them an hour to replace 2 tires! Very professional staff that did an exceptional job and the facility was very clean and open. Highly recommend!

Staff were friendly and courteous. Helped me as best as they could when I didn't have a wheel lock key. They were very patient with me trying to solve the problem. Also I thought their fees for what was done were reasonable.

We've been taking our trucks here for years. Great service at a great price! I trust their word and the great work they do for our family!
