Also offered sound advise on our final decision on the purchase. Now the delivery guys were good apart from them not having shoe booties to navigate the germ-free area of my home to set up the mattress. Excellent service altogether.

He was super knowledgeable of the product and how the process works. He was friendly, patient and honest! Even after a few hiccups (on our end) he worked with us and made sure we walked out with what we wanted! Thanks again Brandon!!!!

It is rare to find such a high level of customer service in today's world. I spent countless hours doing online research to make a decision on which mattress to purchase, but never felt comfortable enough to buy anything. Speaking with someone with his expertise was heaven sent! Outstanding!
