  Outstanding luxury apartments with an even better set of staff!
  
  I've been living at the Residences since Nov 2017, and have spoken to all staff (who have been extremely polite and helpful).
  
  I have specifically spoken to Elliot (front desk concierge), Chanez (concierge supervisor), and John (property manager). My experiences surrounding these 3 have been nothing less than exceptional!
  
  My favorite thing about these apartments is how homey they feel. You get the community feeling, but you will never ever hear your neighbors! (I have not heard my neighbor's at all, and now I know what sound-proof walls truly means!). The Residences had a holiday party for everyone, and gave away some awesome prizes (I didn't win the drawing, but hopefully next year!). The party was catered with delicious food and free drinks.
  
  I have already used the common area pool tables 3 times, and I cannot wait to go swimming in the summer! I hear that we can use the indoor pool at 'The Hotel' too, so I may check that out. The gym is great and they even have a yoga/dance studio.
  
  The price tag is well worth every penny for me. Oh yeah... Utilities included, parking included, convenient location to anything/anywhere you could possibly want to shop, everything all together in the price. It's the little things like this, that make life easier!
  
  I told myself that I would never live in another apartment (after my last experience with a different company), but honestly I could see myself living at The Residences for a very LONG TIME!
  
  Whether you're renting for work, or school, or to raise a family, this place seems perfect in every way.
  
  P.s- to my coffee lovers, they have free coffee, espressos, cappuccinos, tea, and hot chocolate daily! Saves me an extra $7/day in coffee expenses alone (I have a taste for the finer/stronger brews). :)

  Pros: This place is all I could ask for in an apartment complex. Work orders are completed in less than 24 hours. They have a doorman/front desk assistance, they give away gift cards/wine baskets/etc. to the residents, we have a (covered) car garage, computers/printer for our own (free) use, free coffee, heated indoor AND outdoor pool, custodians keep everything in the complex clean, and the people at the desk/front office remember all of the residents' names! This place is great!
  
  Cons: The residents pay a lot of money to live in a "safe" place, although the owners keep the car garage door open during the winter, and the door from the garage to where the apartments are located also doesn't work, sometimes... so anyone off the street can come knock on my door or vandalize my car. (They mentioned the car garage door is left open because it freezes open/closed... the residents understand that, but it's not our problem. We pay a lot of money to live here, and expect you will fix the door, even if you have to pay for it. Again, we all pay A LOT of money to live here, so feel free to shell out some of your own to fix safety features.) Recently, it appears as though more lower-income families have been moving into the complex, which I only know from overhearing conversations by those individuals in the open areas. I have also witnessed these same people speak in a very "confrontational" way towards the wonderful people who sit at the front desk. If I continue to observe this behavior, I might question renewing my lease, as I paid the extra $ to live in a SAFE place, without residents expressing this type of behavior...

  BEST! LOVED IT HERE! Great Staff, Well-Groomed/Clean Property, Secure and Dog-Friendly! We were sad to leave; unfortunately commuting was the deciding factor and the staff was great working with us to release us from our lease.I have lived at many apartments and research very thoroughly for key characteristics of potential apartment-home. The staff was always attentive, professional and premium luxury service at all times. This property offered a safe and you felt very secured. If you want quiet, this was the place, the walls were so thick i NEVER heard any noise from upstairs or through my walls which made you feel like you were in a detached home. Very rare we would see our neighbors unless we happen to meet them at property functions which was always a funny topic of conversation with neighbors on the same floor you just met whose been there almost a year. In addition, the food venues attached and around the complex are really good (coffee/lunch shop, wine bar and dining). The no-charge parking garage and all inclusive electricity and utilities is a great feature compared to other same level apartments. Worth every dollar if you compare what you are getting.
