  Hands down amazing! Currently got engaged and was planning on looking for a new ring at some point. I wasn’t even planning on walking in the store but I had to. Cameron (awesome salesman) greeted me, and we started chatting about rings. He asked me style of ring, and the first one he picked for me, was the one I walked out with. We looked at others but he just knew in his heart this one would be for me! And so did i... OBVIOUSLY! Cameron and the staff worked with me with everything! Everyone was sweet and kind, made me felt like ive shopped here forever. I’m walking out of this place with a smile on my face, and a gorgeous ring on my hands. It’s definitely a family owned business (always shop local/small businesses). Anyways thank you guys!!!!

  Amazing customer service, sold me in less than an hour. My girlfriend is going to absolutely love this ring. I plan to stay with Reeds as long as they will serve me and my family! Also, the warranty is UNHEARD OF!! Lifetime of amazing service

  Cameron was the salesperson and he was very attentive and he sold us a male wedding ring. I asked if he would clean my ring and one of the stones fell out. Please know that my ring did not come Reeds but they totally took care of me for free . I am so pleased with his service. I would definitely buy something from him just because. So now every time I want some jewelry I will go to Cameron. And the Marze was very attentive as well. Thank you so much Reeds and he would definitely do well as a key holder or manager if he’s not already.

  Highly recommend this store to any one. Mareez does an outstanding job of both describing and displaying the jewelry. Today was intended to be a looking only but was able to walk out with the perfect gift.

  My husband bought our wedding bands from here 7 years ago and our service through the years has been awesone. We come get our rings cleaned and always get great service. And today I visited to pick our rings and Cameron showed EXCELLENT service! Great service is not the norm anymore in most places but glad to see it is at the Reed's Arundel Mills location!
