(October 11, 2018, 3:23 pm)Great gym! Very clean, members are friendly and inviting, the owner loves what he does and shows you how you can perfect your skills. I recommend going here if you want a personal training experience, unlike bigger gyms that just see you as a number!

(September 5, 2018, 9:33 am)I had a trial class of kickboxing. The class was intense, yet fun. Our trainer was funny and kept things moving. I thoroughly enjoyed my work out and I appreciate that they have kids classes at the same time as adult classes.
