    I’ve lived in this community for about a year and and I have no complaints. The neighborhood is clean, and quiet , staff is very nice and accommodating. Maintenance service is superb, they are diligent and go out of their way to make sure your needs are met especially Jose :). This is a great community to live in !

    I recently moved into a townhome at Avalon Russet and it has met all my needs and expectations. I really appreciate the location (near retail and groceries) and the gym. I have also appreciated the service of the front desk staff (Kayla and Keith), as well as the maintenance staff (like Jose Nunez). So far everyone has been very willing to fulfill my requests. Also, my neighbors have been friendly and quiet and I feel safe in the community.

    Jose Nunez did a good job fixing my garage door/remote control and also check my heating systems. He was very professional, answered my questions in a simple way to understand all the technical issues. Am happy with his service and thank you Avalon.

    I’ve lived in Avalon Russett for approximately 3 years and my experience here has been nothing but excellent from the management staff extremely friendly to maiintence. I want to give a special shout out to Jose Nunez, he has been extremely professional and always has a smile when I see him. He has completed any issues I had at my residence promptly. I love living here at Avalon and will be here for a very long time. Thank you for everything Avalon Russett

    Jose Nunez is an absolute pleasure and great member of the team. He is very friendly and energetic whenever you see him. When he is working in your home, he explains what he is doing and ensures that is is fixed to your satisfaction before he leaves. And even though he couldn't fix my issue on day one, he explained why and he came back promptly when he said he would. Even when he sees you on the property, he reminds you that he has not forgotten about you. Great communication!!!
