(October 15, 2018, 1:47 pm)We stayed one night at a tent site. We arrived jusssst before 7:00pm to check in and they were very hospitable despite causing them to stay a little later than usual. The general store sold anything anyone could have possibly needed (firewood, can openers, marshmallows). The sites were well marked and we located ours with the map just fine after dark. The ground was quite level for the tent and the picnic table. Only one vehicle is allowed per site but there was room for at least two since we didn’t have a pavilion tent or anything. We paid extra to have site access to water and electricity but didn’t need it, even though it made me feel better to have access in case we did. Pack in, pack out. The building with the bathrooms and showers were a very short walk from the site and I was delighted to discover that they were heated! We didn’t have any kids with us this time but the games behind the general store seemed like they’d be a lot of fun for a weekend family camping trip.

spots are nice and shady there are a few spots that are right in front of the office and in the wide open. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom/bathhouse is out of this world!! They don't forget about the fur babies/ 4 legged family members either,,, they have a really cool dog park it even has a little obstacle course!
