To the staff that answers the phone to the caregivers they are wonderful!
I contacted Regent on a Sunday at 4:45 p.m. asking for an aide to start at 7:00 p.m. Within 15 minutes, Regent contacted me and had someone available. She was a blessing! We were so fortunate to have such a quick response and such a quality person. Regent can give you peace of mind when you need extra care.
Regent provided care for my mother for three and a half years, until she passed away in October. Now they are helping with my father. We have been so impressed with the company. They are incredibly responsive and really know how to provide the perfect caregivers for each situation. The caregivers are like family. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Regent has walked alongside us, allowing my parents to stay in their home. We are very grateful.
I am really pleased with Regent's caregivers. For the last 13 years my husband has been severely disabled due to a stroke. He has had many aides but I would rate Regent's the best. Even his Physical Therapists comment on how professional and caring they are and ask me what company I get them through. They take really good care of him.
I'm also impressed with the office staff. They are always responsive and understanding.
