Paid Fairly For Property Damage

I'm delighted to post this note regarding services rendered by Public Adjuster Billie Walker subsequent to a collapse of trees upon my roof. Without exception his responses to my queries were professional, knowledgeable, and patient; quite an accomplishment given my less than modest grasp of insurance jargon. Indeed, by comparison to Public Adjusters vetted prior to contacting him, Billie demonstrated above average efficiency in service. A few items resonate: a) he was able to clarify pitfalls in my insurance company's repair cost estimate, which, had it not been for his intervention, would have lowered the final claim settlement b) the processing of my claim was expedited by Billie's promptness in coordinating engagements with my insurance company c) his insights on areas of my homeowner's insurance policy needing adjustment/strengthening are helpful and will inform my on-going coverage decisions. I'd eagerly recommend him to anyone needing the services of a Private Public Adjuster.

Excellent Public Adjuster. Had home roof damage from a past storm and Billie Walker came out to investigate, took all details and advised of damage that I had not even noticed (related to roof leak). Billie was also present to meet with my Insurance Adjust while they conducted their assessment. Billie worked with the insurance company and fought for my settlement. You pay your insurance premiums to protect your home and when you do have a claim, you get the run around, delays, or out right denials. Billie provided certified roofers, home improvement specialist and even put me in touch with other contractors to work other projects around the home. His work with the insurance company, my bank and me got the maximum settlement allowed for my claim!!!!

Worth the money spent this year for a fair settlement. Excellent work!

My insurance company denied my claim and was giving me the run around! I was attending our property association meeting at learned about something, I never knew existed called a public adjuster from a speaker named Billy Walker. We exchanged contact information and 2 weeks later my claim was reopened. Approximately 5 weeks later I had a check in the mail. I will never ever do another claim without a house lawyer aka public adjuster.

When dealing with Mr. Walker there is no need to call your insurance company. With him and his team, they take care of everything!
