  Probably the busiest restaurant in Glen Burnie. They're incredibly speedy and nice here and obviously next to Godliness. Never had any issues here!

  This is a typical Chick-fil-A - the staff is friendly, their chicken sandwich is a masterpiece, their shakes are delicious, and the drive-through lines occasionally wrap around the building. Since they have two places to order food in the drive through, you'll never need to wait more than 15 minutes at peak times.

  I do NOT understand how this place handles the volume of customers they do, and still gets everything ordered correct, fast, are always happy! This place is truly a modern marvel. I LOVE, and hate, that it is closed on Sunday, but think it's fantastic there is a "company day off". Good people, good food, good service!

  Update 10/10/18: I've been here a few more times and the traffic guidance has improved some, so I'm updating to four stars. I think they should add signs or other indicators to prevent cars from stopping over the crosswalks. Clear and accessible crosswalks would help deter pedestrians from weaving between moving cars.

  UNSAFE parking lot design. This location has a two-lane drive through. They have staff outside to take your order, but staff doesn't make much effort to guide traffic. It is less convenient for the customer, who has to balance lane traffic and coordinate merging into one lane with other cars. There is also pedestrian foot traffic weaving between cars as cars are merging lanes. It feels like a cheap trick to increase throughput while putting customers at risk of accidents.
  
  I have no idea how this passes any sort of safety inspection.
  
  The staff here are friendly. I would update my rating of this location if they invested more effort in parking lot safety.
  
  As for food... Typical Chick-fil-A: nothing spectacular but at least consistent. The spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with pepper jack is a treat if you enjoy spicy foods.

  The training the employees receive at this franchise is phenomenal. The customer service is top notch. Greeted as you enter. Always with a smile. This store is the best one yet and I have been to several. Each time coming here never a fail. Debbie assisted me, she was so professional.
