(November 22, 2022, 5:10 pm)Well, the overall experience was pretty good. For the most part, the props were easy and I was with a representative within maybe five minutes at most. However, they did forget to ship my CPAP masks for me. This was the first time.
Earlier today I called back and I received great customer service and when I receive the masks, I will compliment, and give a good review those as well -

They were able to help us get the pump delivered to the hospital before my discharge so we would be ready to be released the following day. The delivery person was polite and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience.
