  I am very pleased with my experience with Metro Flooring Contractors. We had two levels of flooring done (hardwood on the main level, stairs & hall, and carpet in the bedrooms). Metro Flooring was priced reasonably and completed everything they were contracted to do. Special shout out to Miguel the Manager for speaking with us the weekend before the project to explain the entire process to us and to answer all of our questions.
  
  Metro started sooner than initially expected which was great! Everything was done to perfection. The installation crew was absolutely amazing Freddy and Carmen do beautiful work. Every day plans for the next day were communicated with us, and the installation crew cleaned up beautifully. I highly recommend if you want quality flooring with a quick installation turn around and great price. I would suggest going into the showroom to see all the products they offer.

  I'm from California and own a rental in Gettysburg, PA. The tenants that lived there had a 100+ pound dog that left a horrible odor in the carpet. We had it deep steam cleaned which didn't work. I ran an ozanator for 12 hours and there was still smell in it. 
My flight back to CA was Saturday and it was Thursday. My wife suggested we install vinyl so I googled it and Metro Flooring Contractors came up. The area code was 301 which is Maryland so I called and asked if they serviced Gettysburg. The gal on the phone was extremely nice and said yes, of course.
She said we could have someone there tonight and I said great! 
Lance Clay arrived around 5:30 p.m. He measured the room and showed me an my sister some samples. We found one we liked and she jokingly said, "now can you install it tomorrow"? Lance said, yes. 
So we placed the order and the next day the installation crew came around 9:30 and to my amazement, completed the installation around 3:30 and did a great Job. 
The whole event was painless as it should be and I got to make my flight home as planned.

  Yousiff the sales rep was able to come to the house the same night and look at the rooms to show the carpet samples and negotiate a good price. I am a disabled military veteran bedridden to help my family with the process. The carpet installation crew came to the house with Ceasar and his older brother and Carmen were great with fast consistent work. I had a fall out of my power wheelchair and the two brothers were able to lift me and get me on the bed. The crew went above and beyond with their customer service and we are very happy with the carpet. I would highly recommend Metro Flooring and the crew with their assistance and great work.

  I am so happy that I decided to use Metro Flooring to install my new carpet in my living and dining rooms. The determining factor that made me go with them was my salesperson, Jeremy Gonzalez. He was so friendly, understanding, personable, and accommodating to my wishes. He took the time out to get me the best affordable price, and that spoke volumes. The installation process went very smoothly. The installers were very nice and efficient. They valued my personal property. Everyone that I spoke to in the office was always very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company and Jeremy Gonzalez as your salesperson.

  This company is Fantastic! Gave me a same day estimate, and installed my carpet in short order! The crew that came to do my install was phenomenal! They removed all the carpet in my house and installed new carpet in three bedrooms, three stairwells, two landings, my living room and my rec room… and then went to another job!!!! They were fast, efficient and very nice! Moved all of my furniture back in exactly the same place as it was before!! My house looks brand new ! They were truly amazing!!! If I could give them 6 stars I would! Thanks again!! Thanks also to Tanner and Jeremy who came out for a same day estimate and somehow got me to have all new carpet installed through the entire house! Upstairs and downstairs!! I love it. Thanks again!!
