Friendly staff set up my appointment on a Saturday for tooth pain. The front desk staff was prompt, courteous and professional. Dr Ahmed was really kind and gentle. Rose did a fantastic with my X-rays and made my root canal an easier experience.

Excellent service all round. Who likes sitting in the dentist chair? Not me. But they check in on me regularly to find how I was doing and I find that to be quite calming. The Covid protocol of waiting in your car to be called in work for me greatly.

After calling my regular dentist for an emergency appointment and being told they couldn’t accommodate me I called Millersville dental. From the first contact with the receptionist I felt that I was important and that she was very happy to get me in to see Dr due to having an emergency issue that needed immediate attention. After seeing Dr Ahmed he informed me that I needed to have a little surgery at which time his staff promptly got me ready and assured me that I would be fine and to relax! After everything was finished he made sure I was ok and quickly had my paperwork and instructions ready to go and his staff was so wonderful and caring that I have already requested my records from my “old “ dentist cause I definitely have found a practice that myself and my family will be going to in the future! Thank you to the whole staff for seeing me so quickly and taking such wonderful care of me!!
