Certified Auto Sales is great and will be my FIRST stop in the future.

We had been searching for a 4WD vehicle and we had a price point to not exceed $17K. We found many in the local area below our price point but after we added all the fees (processings fees, freight fees, and any other fees that could be concocted) added by other dealers you were looking at an additional $1600-$1700 on top the price of the vehicle, not including taxes and title and registration.

When we saw the posting for our Dodge Nitro we were assuming there was an "issue" or a catch. We assumed it hadn't been through inspection or there was an issue (odometer not matching) etc.. In spite of our hesistation we went to CAS and asked to look at the vehicle. Much to our surprise we were able to drive the already Maryland Inspected vehicle. There were no surprises; they provided the carfax as well to answer any questions. AND...the price was actually the price.

To make a long story a little shorter, we left the dealer with our new, used Dodge Nitro and could not be happier... Out the door for less than we expected to pay...and far less than other dealers were charging for similar or lesser vehicles.

We had a great experience. My daughter purchased her first car here at a great price! Customer service was fantastic and the process could not have been smoother.

Was looking for a good but inexpensive pickup and went to CAS. Found a 2001 Pickup in decent shape but with all the years of use showing as expected. I drove it and inspected it and really liked it so bought it. Well a hundred miles later a squeal and engine light started ruining my day. Ron and Matt did not rest until the truck ran like new.....they even sent me to another repair shop to make sure nothing was being missed. They went well beyond any expectations I had of them backing up their car sales....highly recommend !!!!

Above and beyond. We bought a 2002 Toyota Avalon from this dealer. No pressure, answered all questions, great car buying experience. We then purchased the car and I had my personal mechanic give the car a second look. He gave some feedback on some items that needed fixed. I called Certified about these things and, even after the sale, they agreed to fix these issues with no charge. I would definitely buy from them again. Thanks to all for great service even after purchase. God bless.

Fairly priced quality used cars with no pressure sales.
We purchased a Avalon from them several years ago. Car was super clean and in good shape except for a few bumper rubs. After about 6 months of trouble free ownership , I noticed a slow coolant leak and also noticed I was slowly loosing power steering fluid as well. I took it in to my regular shop near my home and was horrified to find out it needed a new radiator and a new power steering pump, to the tune of almost $2000. Well I called up Certified and asked them to help. They not only repaired the car at a fraction of what my regular shop but they were able to get it done while I was out of town.
I do not blame Certified for the problems. Toyota's plastic radiators only seem to last about 100K miles and pumps are known to fail as well. I liked the fact that Certified cared enough to fix the car at their cost, which saved me more than 1/2 of what the local service shop wanted. Thanks Certified! When I need another car you will be my first stop. :-)
